... to leave they threaten u that nowhere u wl be able to work after leaving zydus. They approve leaves and then at the time of salary they unapprove it. So most of assigned leaves wl be LWP. Faculties join seeing the good name of zydus but after joining feels to leave , but somehow need to wait just to complete 6 months or 1 year for the resume experience count. They make every leave without pay going off the rules and when u show offer letter rules, they show u the last statement “ decision of management “ which is without any reason always tries to gv u no paid leave.

Proud to be a part of Zydus, most popular pharmaceutical company in India. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere here. Zydus is not a company it's like family all employees and other Staff nature is very loveble and familiar. feel to much happy to work here

... company but still not good opportunities here to grow up and do well in future. Too much hard work and very less salary provide.

I had the pleasure of meeting & felicitated by Shri Pankajbhai Patel (M.D- Zydus Cadila Group) in Ahmedabad marking the onset of bifurcation (of Cadila healthcare & Cadila Pharma) in March 1995-one of the few Handpicked Chosen Youngest managers from Whole Cadila Group.(Probably One of the firsts to join Zydus Group in Zydus Tower Ahmedabad

The Salary,Perks & Allowances were never lucrative and not at all promising or rewarding for Sales& Marketing field force.

...oing wrist 4. upper management keep only there job safe either you go to hell 5. Never take leave during probation any leave they deducted salary and other wages. 6. HR always hear and work for upper management he never work for you he never hire any person for you he only took interviews and if upper management said him he is wrong then he trying to prove you wrong...

At Company level everything is very good, ontime salary, company policy etc....

Dislikes

Managers are making very poisonous situation for people working very hard. They don't know how to get work from people they only threatened our piece of mind and job security. Please hire capable people for responsible position.
