... to leave they threaten u that nowhere u wl be able to work after leaving zydus. They approve leaves and then at the time of salary they unapprove it. So most of assigned leaves wl be LWP. Faculties join seeing the good name of zydus but after joining feels to leave , but somehow need to wait just to complete 6 months or 1 year for the resume experience count. They make every leave without pay going off the rules and when u show offer letter rules, they show u the last statement “ decision of management “ which is without any reason always tries to gv u no paid leave.

In CHL Ankleshwar Unit , Good facilities managed by management for the prevention against covid19 such as auto hand sanitizer machines , video body temperature sencer machine and area sanitizing through sprey pump every 2-3 hours in all department. I likes all actions taken by company for prevention against Covid 19.
