This is big and good company and I working hard this company.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I had the pleasure of meeting & felicitated by Shri Pankajbhai Patel (M.D- Zydus Cadila Group) in Ahmedabad marking the onset of bifurcation (of Cadila healthcare & Cadila Pharma) in March 1995-one of the few Handpicked Chosen Youngest managers from Whole Cadila Group.(Probably One of the firsts to join Zydus Group in Zydus Tower Ahmedabad
