Managers are making very poisonous situation for people working very hard. They don't know how to get work from people they only threatened our piece of mind and job security. Please hire capable people for responsible position.

Work c work culture is very good all festivals in the year will be celebrated better compensation for salary given and also increments are average

... people instead of higher experience people having less qualification that will be the very bad culture salary structure difference for experienced person and pressure person is observed

Very bad work-life balance especially at below manager positions. Appraisals are mostly dependent on your personal relations with manager rather than your performance.

Appraisal is not faithful, Near n dear get more number in appraisal, big salary difference with experience and freshers, best work not recognised, job time is 9 to 6 but everyday hv to stay atleast 6..30 some time 7..++

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transperent. Company policies are good appraisal are good also and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 3 years before which you can not resign.
