The infrastructure of the college is good. My HOD of the department is supportive and I had learn a lot from him. He helped me a lot in making my career.

Dislikes

As it is a new hospital made under PPP model with Government of Gujarat the pay to doctors is good but the pay to non teaching staff is not good.

...ith the health care IT industry. A big brand name helps in future job prospects. A salary structure is better compared to others in the same industry.

Employee engagement activities should be planned to keep them active during their journey with the organization. The management should look after the people and departments who are involved in politics and spoiling the company's culture. The employees fear representing their views to the seniors/bosses. Department wise training programme should be conducted to help employees achieving company and professional growth.

I like zydus about job security ,working culture and also give first class facility for staff to working in excellent environment.

... can finish extra food.canteen staff told me we have no policy for extra roties. administration staff each and every day take two salad dishes without pay.i just left the company without thinking anything.

...running Hospital like Hotel. They should understand these is Hospital not Hotel. Working hours are long like 14 hrs and you are getting pay for only 8 hours. In a month 15 nights which is aginest the Law. No job security . they ask people to put resign for no resign . Do not join organisation . Zydus it self brand is good but because of management you loosing your skills and your precious time.

Top Management is from Hotel.industry. like Operation head was waiter before, HR head was in Hotel Manager before. CEO is also supports all dogy activities
