Brand is gud. Organisation is very very gud. But top Management like operation head is from Hotel background. He was waiter before so he is running Hospital like Hotel. They should understand these is Hospital not Hotel. Working hours are long like 14 hrs and you are getting pay for only 8 hours. In a month 15 nights which is aginest the Law. No job security . they ask people to put resign for no resign . Do not join organisation . Zydus it self brand is good but because of management you loosing your skills and your precious time....Read More
