The policies are good but only when it executed as per the policy terms. Norms and policies are manipulatively misused by the AVP. Unethical and biased marking for the performance by the AVP. These issues also get noticed by the management but they ignored as they don't want to disturb their sales profit delivered by the AVP. But that doesn't means if deliverables are high than you have the right to manipulate or misused the policies by implementing unethical and unprofessional practices in the management.

Zydex Industries is very good company.Company payed salary timely and nice work enviroment.the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

There is no growth in salary and career, Reimbursement deducted every month and not tell the reason.
