Colleagues were really good, helping , understanding and everyone having a lot workloads, so while delaying someone's request, they understand irrespective of escalations. If your stackholder is happy with you, he or she will give new things to learn. In my case my stackholder was different than my manager, so his perception was I'm not working well, even after having 60-70% team dependency, so didn't get good opportunity to learn.

Dislikes

Management is poor, shoe lickers get promotion, salary is too low, work life balance is zero. If someone doing their tasks on time without showing off then it is 90% possibility that he or she will not get appreciation. Note: Likes and dislikes may vary with different team and different managers.

We have been receiving on time salary with no deductions. Its a very good company to work with.

... experience management and director. Middle layer is missing or in few number. Fresher do lot of work when they learn and expect good package company don't pay and fresher move on in an around 2 year and next fresher takes place and this continues.. And this Is the reason for unstable products. Good company for max 1.5 to 2 years in terms of learning As you will learn a lot, But I am sure you won't be making money. Flexible working hours but there are also shift working. There are two engineering department PDT1 and PDT2. And nearly 20 different products. And 5-6 very good profit making products. They have really good customers like Carlson, amrihealth, Mentor, SAwater etc. 1 Floor outing full day in mumbai 3 team outing half day mostly lunch or dinner 1 annual award function on Saturday They don't believe on Diwali gifts or bonus and simply give you a Diwali gift of Rs 500 that many employees don't even collect. Poor canteen and poor but costly food. Sometimes you will be called to work on Saturdays and very few times on Sunday as well But it will be paid extra. If you get good opportunity don't join here. Otherwise if no option can join.
