Honestly nothing is good in this company.

Dislikes

Very Toxic and Company and there is politics everywhere in this company. Favoritism at its peak and salary Ghotala that you will face if you accept to work here. I ignored other comments by thinking that someone would had put up negative review in influence of anger and hate but no I WAS WRONG TO IGNORE THOSE and I faced and suffered dark time here. IGNORE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

There's nothing to like about the company in particular.

Company's work culture is at its worst. You'll be successful in this company if you're brilliant at brown-nosing of their manager. Work life balance is terrible, as company doesn't hire enough people. There is no professional boundaries between a subordinate and their respective manager. Management is very negligent towards any feedback and occasionally promotes above mentioned behaviour of their favorites. Too much favouritism resulting into bias and discrimination for few people.

Worst company to work, the AVP of Implemention is pathetic. Do not know how to manage team and high manipulative. He just wants people to butter him and bring him gossips of the team. Gets too personal with his remarks and have zero empathy towards anyone. He can make anyone scapegoat when things don’t go his way.

Friendly people, some very talented and experienced people who guide you through day to day difficulties.

Dislikes

Company culture is not so apt for the tech community sort of environment. It is like any corporate office, and doesn't feel like a tech startup anymore, the environment has become more relaxed.

Likes

Lunch is free. HSR Layout area is good. You can play with new technologies if you are lucky enough.

Dislikes

Communication process via mails is ignored, had to approach in person. Office space is not well managed, need to struggle for place to sit.
