You will get the exposure to work day and night in high pressure environment.

After even working day and night. You will get negligible raise, they will hire new employees at almost double salary. Appraisals totally depend on your closeness with the top management. If you are an introvert then you will be left in a corner with same salary for years. They will say it’s a data driven company but they are giving worst appraisals to the data team.

Likes

Used to like the culture long back but now it would be a task to figure out the positives. A few friends at work are probably the reason to stick.

Dislikes

Toxic culture, favouritism, promotions or increments got nothing to do with the merit, HR team is the worst and most unapproachable. Talent Acquisition team has such high ego that they behave like they only run the show and all the rest are nothing! Would be better if HR team was a bit polite, compassionate and approachable as that's what makes an employee comfortable but clearly this company doesn’t care about how people feel. Even the oldest of the HR team folks have stinking attitude. Hope Dilsher reads this and figures something out about or else I know how many important key people will decide to leave which will take a long time for the TA team to refill as we know the crap quality of hiring they come up with. Plus there's NOT a single HR person who you can call a true people's person. Just a circus!

Every organisation have its cons but the organisation is very adaptive so anything and everything bad is quickly resolved or atleast leadership team put their effort into it

Will get to work on different type of tasks, and will eventually learn lot of things

- Toxic work culture - No job security, you will be made to feel threathened that your job can be lost anytime. - Will be expected to work on weekends, mainly in QA/ Sdet team - As main characterstic of any toxic company, only chatty people, people good in politics will be appreciated, promoted.

Cannot think of anything which I like. It was a nightmare. I would suggest people aspiring to join zupee, that if you want a good hike then only join zupee for a year or two, otherwise this place is a disaster.

Dislikes

So I joined zupee as QA engineer and earlier everything was going good, But after some change in leadership, things got worst day by day. Maybe the new manager is made insecure of his job, that's why so much drama is going on except work. People working currently are forced to give positive feedbacks, so this is unending loop which you will not want to get into. Also here manager keeps his friendship and personal relation in priority over other hard working employees, who are struggling day by day and getting anxiety issues. Overall not a good culture and would not reccomend to join
