The culture of ZS is one of the things that makes it stand out of the crowd. The salary totally depends upon the track you join and it differs from person to person

Dislikes

Monotonous work, there are projects which keep going and you end up getting bored and learning becomes zero. Also, the criteria for appraisal needs a relook. Appraisals are based on the track and vary highly from person to person irrespective of the work/efficienc.

long working hours - doesnt leave anytime for personal life Subpar staffing - HR getting involved in staffing leads to lot of sub par staffing as they dont understand skillsets and project match but just availability and requirement match. Have to spend inordinate amount of effort to justify why a certain staffing wont work for the project Perks - perks post pandemic has gone down. doesnt allow for similar levels of team bonding as it did pre pandemic

Salary and bonus is good as compared to core pharma companies

Dislikes

Work life balance and bias among teams isn't good at all. Normal days are 10 am to 10 pm which very often stretchs beyond this as well. The transparency between hierarchies is very questionable. Even after working day and night your manager might question your credibility.

Good pay master and spends on its employees.

Dislikes

No job security. They would hire you and fire you without giving any reason. Not a good place for lateral hires as they won’t give time to understand the culture and work.

Extreme Politics. Favouritism works here. If your stakeholder who is in this company for a decade likes you only then you will flourish. People are working in this company from Decades and they dont like someone new suggesting them a better way of working. If you provide your inputs, you will be laidoff soon. No learnings, work is of a BA rather than a PM. Wasted my 2 years.
