Compensation is good. Also, it is one of the few consulting companies that hires freshers from tier 2 & 3 engineering colleges. It is a good place to get your consulting career started.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is very poor. Although it has 2 different verticals of Business Consulting and Business Operations, the work is often interchangeable. So, you might do operations work on their proprietary software as a Decision Analytics Associate, or you could be working on Python & R as a Business Operations Associate. This doesn't make sense to me. The work actually given to you should match the Job Description.

Great culture with excellent salary. People around you care and make sure that everyone is witnessing growth. Provides multiple learning opportunities. One of the best starting points for a working professional

Heard about bad work life balance although not observed in my team

Apart from compensation benefits and multi diversity culture, didn't find a reason to work at ZS. The long working hours was painful

The nature of repetitive work, lack of development in learning, long working hours which causes burnout

When working at ZS, you're working with some of the very smart people you'll meet. The company culture is great. People are extremely courteous and helpful. There's always opportunity to learn and grow. You can explore your professional interests while staying within the company. Overall a great company to learn and grow.

Salary compensation is less compared to its consulting peers. Work life balance largely depends on your team.

Thr initial growth is decent but as you grow, you have to do work which may/may not contribute to your growth. The culture used to be great,however post Covid, things have drastically changed.

Dislikes

The work life balance is negligible. The compensation might look good if you are a lateral hire, however, the increment might not be as good as you want to. In a nutshell, if you want to earn more and learn more, ZS might not be the best fit for you.
