Salary and bonus is good as compared to core pharma companies

Work life balance and bias among teams isn't good at all. Normal days are 10 am to 10 pm which very often stretchs beyond this as well. The transparency between hierarchies is very questionable. Even after working day and night your manager might question your credibility.

Work culture at ZS is good. People are ready to help each other on most occasions.

...ter a point. As you grow senior in the organization, such expectations increase. Also, there's pay disparity even at peer level. And, all this is considered normal and acceptable in the organization.

Flexibility in terms of working location, People so far have been good to work with

Dislikes

Working hours are too much- Can expect minimum of 11-12 hours on a regular basis, Pay and growth is not too much in the long run, promotions are all politics dependant and usually can expect in a minimum of 2.5 years

- Collaborative Environment - Competitive compensation and good appraisals (Minimum: double digit percentage for average performing employees as well) - Consulting flavour with client facing roles

Dislikes

- Poor Work life balance - Limited tech stack - Favoritism and politics at higher level (almost common for all corporates and not just limited to ZS)

High performance culture. Good facilities. Good pay.

Dislikes

ZS is Not for the faint hearted. It pays very well but is stressful and they make you work for it. For senior professionals, because they pay so high, you are likely to find it difficult to switch. But it's worth it.
