    Work life balance is pretty bad, they talk about culture but doesn't follow them through. Company politics is pretty prominent, people who don't even know a single thing will try to steal your work.

    Hardly anything to like about ZS. Probably the Cab facility is the only thing that seems on a better side

    ...10 am in the morning to 1 am in night, with still expectation to work even more. Salary: A lot of favouritism in terms of bonus and all, salary depends on promotion a lot and because promotion is all straight politics so salary gets impacted, overall for the kind of work done, salary is low. Promotion: Straight politics, if you manager wants, you can be promoted else no one cares for how good your review really is. A lot of politics here Job-security: No job security at all, whenever the team doesn't have much work in pipeline, they start reducing the headcount by putting people on a plan (PIP), have personally seen 3 cases in my team. Company culture: because of too much politics, it's extremely toxic
