The learning part and the work satisfaction is awesome. If you are lucky then the salary part would also be good.

Dislikes

leadership is worst I have seen so far. Almost everyone in my department have more than 3 - 4 formal complaints but there is no one to listen. Some leaders even harass people also in Success department and people know the name yet noone reacts. Appraisal is a joke. Promotion is a even bigger joke. Valuable work is distributed by who knows what factors but it is base less.

HR Politics People with less experience and service based companies has more salary like 28lac per annum and people with 5 years exp in Saas has 10 lac per annum. Shameless HR team full of false promises, Kindly hire best HR team including HR director

Great place to work but it also depends on your team and manager, most of the team feels the same. We can learn a lot, a good work-life balance. It will be a great platform for all.

the organisation in India is the worst. These Indian HR are being like typical Indian Org but it was not like before when Zoominfo came to India. As an international Org, it's a great company but not in India.

Opportunities, transparency, flat hierarchy, leadership is excellent (both India and the US)

Dislikes

People don’t like to get questioned around, even if they aren’t working. Not yet in a own workspace, might need to push that soon.
