... (even if you don't have job). It is better to be without job than to join here. They won't pay you proper salary and HR will behave very worst. They won't respond to you for emails or calls. They will show high CTC but when you get in hand, it will be very less. So many hidden deductions. No food or transport allowance. They will deduct transport allowance from your salary. Frequently you will end up working 13 hours and they won't pay for extra hours and no comp off. This is NOT an Organisation. It's a place of total CHOAS and unorganised. Never ever join here. Waste company

Compensation - if you're in the right group, maybe the only IT services company that pays overtime

Leadership, highly political environment, illogical HR policies on leaves and holidays, HR don't take ownership of HR tasks and keep directing to other managers, no holidays on Indian festivals (if you are in US/UK support team), two annual parties and monthly cake is about the only company culture

There's nothing good about this company the salary breakage is worse, you cannot expect correct salary every month If you ask for promotion they take revange on you Never employee at this company

...rk life balance is excellent I report to my director and he is very supportive..yes salary is low comparison to other companies..but learningWLB is excellent and yes my job is complete remote ..so work from home

There is only one person in the accounts department who is handling the salary structure and if you want to talk to him any kind of arrears then you will not get a hold of him So in short please don’t join Zones corporate solutions at any cost
