1. No NP and no probation 2. Learning curve is too good 3. No punch in punch out system 4. Freedom to take on work of choice 5. People are helping in general

...hile on vacation, during sick leaves and while traveling . Horrible at times 2. Salary is simply above avg to decent at best. Competition clearly pays better or players in QCom pay better 3. Nature of work is too ad-hoc. Work just creeps in from 5 different sources. No track as to what is being done. Everyday is a new task that you work on. Don't get to be involved in meaningful analysis in 6-8 months after joining. Very draining . 4. Some people close to seniors/leadership easily take wfh every month while in other teams it's looked down upon. 5. Constant fear/pressure that if some mistake is done in critical work then your ongoing day could very well be the last working day (no NP remember)

...oyees regarding period leaves etc are good. The management is very approachable. The salary offered is good.

Dislikes

The Business Analysis role is predominantly sales. Minimal scope for analysis. One receives calls from clients at highly odd hours. Since they mention "flexible" hours, you are pretty much working the entire day.

The company does not care about its employees at all.. the salaries are not credited correctly and it’s a task to get the pay slip from the company.. the company ask the employees to do the over time but they do not credit the over time money on time and full pyment of over time is never done.. Ever my day thay keep on changing on the policies and send a wats app message to the employees to follow the policies without providing proper training. There is no job security in the company as everyday the employees get a warning of loosing jobs because the company is not able to make a stable policy.

...axes + they don't get value for their orders as we eat half of the orders. :) Salary from Zomato + Free Food from Customers Orders + Ride Fees that is paid by Customers + Tips that are paid by Customers

Zomato is the best company that is looting its customers and making tones of money.

...ew things if you get to have a good manager or AL which will be the case mostly. They offer good salaries and compensation and liberal leave policies.

Dislikes

You'll be facing hectic work culture, working hours are a bit long. work-life balance can be a challenge. Also if there is an issue you can be sure the company won't back you up.
