Company provides training for employees before work started. This is very nice rare quality found inside todays companies.
No savings. Low salary.earning not as per satisfaction. No insurance for family. Please don't work if u have big expectations. Indian roads worst quality u will end with lifetime backpain nothing more.
1. No NP and no probation
2. Learning curve is too good
3. No punch in punch out system
4. Freedom to take on work of choice
5. People are helping in general
...hile on vacation, during sick leaves and while traveling . Horrible at times
2. Salary is simply above avg to decent at best. Competition clearly pays better or players in QCom pay better
3. Nature of work is too ad-hoc. Work just creeps in from 5 different sources. No track as to what is being done. Everyday is a new task that you work on. Don't get to be involved in meaningful analysis in 6-8 months after joining. Very draining .
4. Some people close to seniors/leadership easily take wfh every month while in other teams it's looked down upon.
5. Constant fear/pressure that if some mistake is done in critical work then your ongoing day could very well be the last working day (no NP remember)
...sanity and dignity! My experience with Zomato has been an absolute nightmare:
1. They lure you in with promises of a ₹1280 joining bonus, only to leave you high and dry with no explanation.
2. They dangle the carrot of a branded t-shirt and delivery bag, but good luck getting those without raising a fuss.
3. The app itself is a disaster—customer addresses disappear into thin air, leaving you to navigate blindly through Zomato's maze of incompetence.
4. Need help? Forget about it! Their so-called "live support" is a joke, offering nothing but empty directives to contact a mysterious team leader who might as well be a figment of their imagination.
5. And don't even get me started on payment issues! After busting my *** all week, they have the audacity to shortchange me on offers and conveniently vanish when I try to get answers.
Save yourself the headache and avoid Zomato like the plague!
...pathy.
Any feedback or concerns are not worked upon by HR or senior leadership. The HR intervenes only to reduce the ratings of employees and consequently their compensation. The HR is completely disconnected with business and has no value add in hiring or performance management.
Tech engines are really bad and lead to business losses that are made up for by defrauding the merchants.
Company very good, but hard work people are not getting any better opportunities to prove their talent and only thing is back door entries and most of the people are surviving only with corporate politics & refferal with High category employees
