Nothing i like there we have to take breaks according to their need, We can't eat in dinner lunch at dedicated time we have to follow their timings, No job security, We don't know when we will get terminated with baseless reasons, Employees are treated like we are just a labour let the work done and rest we can look, We have to face a lot of customers who just scold us no matter what they just use abuse language still we have to take those chats.

The company does not care about its employees at all.. the salaries are not credited correctly and it’s a task to get the pay slip from the company.. the company ask the employees to do the over time but they do not credit the over time money on time and full pyment of over time is never done.. Ever my day thay keep on changing on the policies and send a wats app message to the employees to follow the policies without providing proper training. There is no job security in the company as everyday the employees get a warning of loosing jobs because the company is not able to make a stable policy.

... is not correct to the organization,employees are facing lot of issues with her.Coming to salary when we attended interview salary structure was different and what we get is different faced a lot if issues with salary too.But i respect zomato because my career started her and had a great experiance with my team mates and just because of some issues had to leave this organization.

Dislikes

There is no growth for people who were working from past 5-4 years and still working there without any growth because they have respect to it,there are the main people who brought up zomato till here today please give them a chance to grow because if they grow Zomato will automatically grow and please solve of the issues of the employee too who are facing lot of issues with current assistant manager.If i have an other chance here will definetlly come back just because of some issues had to leave to but never wanted to leave this organization.

Company provides training for employees before work started. This is very nice rare quality found inside todays companies.

Dislikes

No savings. Low salary.earning not as per satisfaction. No insurance for family. Please don't work if u have big expectations. Indian roads worst quality u will end with lifetime backpain nothing more.

1. No NP and no probation 2. Learning curve is too good 3. No punch in punch out system 4. Freedom to take on work of choice 5. People are helping in general

...hile on vacation, during sick leaves and while traveling . Horrible at times 2. Salary is simply above avg to decent at best. Competition clearly pays better or players in QCom pay better 3. Nature of work is too ad-hoc. Work just creeps in from 5 different sources. No track as to what is being done. Everyday is a new task that you work on. Don't get to be involved in meaningful analysis in 6-8 months after joining. Very draining . 4. Some people close to seniors/leadership easily take wfh every month while in other teams it's looked down upon. 5. Constant fear/pressure that if some mistake is done in critical work then your ongoing day could very well be the last working day (no NP remember)
