Hummare pass order ate hi nhi h or jab order nhi ayenge to paise bhi nhi banege or payout or incentive bhi kam hota ja rha h kisi bhi rider ki koi sefty nhi h customer cod order kr k humme mar pit k order snacth kr lete h or humare paise kt jate h call support khe dete h aapne phele order kyu diya or bhi bhut si pareshaniyo ka samna karna padta h bhut si chize h etc.etc

Kyuki riders ki koi sefty nhi h or pay out kam hota ja rha h or pura pura din hum online hote h pr order 4-5 order ate h jisme humara roj ka payout 100 rs ka kam karte h aise m family ko kaise pale

Well I am an Ex Zoman now. Everything about Zomato is FANTASTIC. Be it Work Culture, Salary, Work Life Balance etc. I really don't know how Zomato is supporting its employees during COVID but I read an article that says Zomato has asked 13% of it's employees to leave during COVID.

Like I mentioned before, My overall experience of working at Zomato is GREAT. The only thing or person who ruined it was my Reporting Manager. He was Biased and believed in Favouritism. I don't know how he became a Team Manager.

Company provides training for employees before work started. This is very nice rare quality found inside todays companies.

Dislikes

No savings. Low salary.earning not as per satisfaction. No insurance for family. Please don't work if u have big expectations. Indian roads worst quality u will end with lifetime backpain nothing more.
