...sanity and dignity! My experience with Zomato has been an absolute nightmare: 1. They lure you in with promises of a ₹1280 joining bonus, only to leave you high and dry with no explanation. 2. They dangle the carrot of a branded t-shirt and delivery bag, but good luck getting those without raising a fuss. 3. The app itself is a disaster—customer addresses disappear into thin air, leaving you to navigate blindly through Zomato's maze of incompetence. 4. Need help? Forget about it! Their so-called "live support" is a joke, offering nothing but empty directives to contact a mysterious team leader who might as well be a figment of their imagination. 5. And don't even get me started on payment issues! After busting my *** all week, they have the audacity to shortchange me on offers and conveniently vanish when I try to get answers. Save yourself the headache and avoid Zomato like the plague!

Salary is below average not good as I aspected.we work very hard as labour on field and Zomato not provide atleast average salary 3km payout only 30 to 35 rupees atleast he gave us 50 to 60.. that's my thoughts on it

Income wise they are punctual. They pay for what we work and I always respect my job

...elivery i was working sincerely without any remarks but due to their negligence. They made me to pay penalty and they straight away deducted in my daily which i have worked till night 12AM. But that day earning was -62 rupees. They didn't bother about my hard work and they haven't checked the status of FND with their team properly. I'm begging with them till now from past 3 days to answer my complaint. I have raised the ticket it is 35425774 and i also requested for customer care number but no response. So here I'm posting my problems with you. Atleast please contact me and resolve the issue please Thank you Regards Girish C

Internship hunting was tough. I applied everywhere. Naukri, Indeed, career pages… and most of the time? SILENCE. Then, a senior told me about this whatsapp group where you get direct HR contacts from top companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Zomato, Tata etc. I was doubtful. (HRs ghost most of the time anyway 😬) But I tried. Cold-mailed. Followed up. And guess what? STILL NOTHING!
