...s talked to me with respect. I didn't feel any pressure while working in zomato. Company in lockdown gave us salary sitting at home.

I don't have any major reason why I wrote anything bad for the company.

The company does not care about its employees at all.. the salaries are not credited correctly and it’s a task to get the pay slip from the company.. the company ask the employees to do the over time but they do not credit the over time money on time and full pyment of over time is never done.. Ever my day thay keep on changing on the policies and send a wats app message to the employees to follow the policies without providing proper training. There is no job security in the company as everyday the employees get a warning of loosing jobs because the company is not able to make a stable policy.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Huge cafeteria is chilling the work load. Company policies are good. They give good salary.

Dislikes

Lots of politics and salary is good but not hike. Managers are not accept our ideas.

Doesn't match your salary with market rate, If you were hired underpaid, you will be underpaid till the time you don't leave organisation

I was hired through third party pay roll company name was Startek so less salary not getting salary hike promotion and work balance as well TL managers all were in same page that how to harass a agent Atlas Off you are forced to think that you leave everything and go to the Himalayas, otherwise you will go into depression. You have to take medicines for mental pressure
