Salary is good CEO is good but management from Oyo working specially some people are not good play lot of politics including HR only one side listeners and believe in also no work ethics or policies here they talk whatever they feel like and no support given need to work 13 to 14 days with 6 days a week sometimes it becomy7days also and no humanity from management or HRs.

Lot of politics no support from any team member they think they are all great and know everything but do not want to cascade the knowledge to other teammates very unprofessional environment believes on rumours and negativity and lot of politics by middle management specially some people no transparency and clarity.

ALMOST EVERYTHING. It's a mental torture to be in a place were nobody really thinks you are exits!! They hire you and ALIENATE you after couple of day's and you are no one for them until you talk to management wantedly daily all the time. Full of language discriminations, no value for anyone!! Wont assign you any kind of work but expect you to perform on top. WORST place to work and don't RUIN you resume with this experience!!

Nothing as such. No leave policy and free food was what I liked, which I feel shouldn't be the reason to work

Dislikes

False hopes to employees. They retain people who are good at licking butts. HR is trying to force culture down people's throat. Within teams, people are not motivated to work. The core team is terrible. Seniors are kind of bully in the sense of authority.

this place is a disaster to the power of infinity. from the founder to the core team, it's a toxic hellhole that on some days, i felt i needed to wear protective gear to step into office. absolutely no sense of right and wrong. you need to suck up, stay in office for 14 hours, 6 days a week doing absolutely mediocre crap work to appease the founding team who have absolutely no clue what they are doing. childish, immature and most of all scared of being exposed -that's who you will be working with at zolve. do yourself a favour and delete this company from your list forever and don't fall for what the founder says on social media.
