The company culture is very collaborative and supportive, and the team is always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. the management is open to new ideas and encourages innovation, which has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.

Well, i would suggest someone who are settled in respective life and want to have a good work-lifw balance can move to Zognu unlike people who want to take risks.

appraisal system is not agreeable as the impact that shown on the next year will be very much minimal.

I just started my career as a fresher, i gained lot of skills from the trainer and my manager and now I am a pro developer. I like their Management and Supporting team cause they believe if employees happy than clients will be happy. If I get choince to join again I don't hesitate.
