...nt is very poor. The work place is very bad if compared to some of other MNCs. Salary is pretty good and hikes are very high in percentage. The developers are very helpful to each other. Very new workforce.

... hr policies. And the head of HR also behaves like a kid. You have to come at 9.30 or else they deduct 500 ruppes salary but I if you go at 6.30 the usual log of time the HR will take your photo and send to your manager. No work life balance. The manger will ask you to sit upto night 2 to 3 am. very bad work ethics. No outing nothing. No training for the new technologies. Just learn yourself and do.

...u will get bad quality coffee and biscuits also they are providing poor quality. Salary policy is too bad the pay circle was 25th to 25th of month and you will get salary on 7 or 8 or 9 of the month . leave policy also very bad

...ve maintained one register, really hillarious and treated us like daily labours. 500 rupees fine will be deducted from salary iin case there is 5 sec delay in reaching office. Even we cant have lunch peacefully as there is only break time of 15 mins. If delayed then manager and chinese head will start eating your head and start questioning unwanted things. Very bad decision to work here. There is no insurance till 1 year and poor employees have no choices. I would suggest everyone, please think 100 times before you want to join this company.

Money deduction for late punch 8. 2 Bathrooms for 100 people in all Three floors 9. AC timing: 10 am to 6 pm 10. No shift allowance/no transportation for late night workBy default ZKTeco has two R&d heads and both are Cartoon 11. One insists to use CHATGPT for everything (document/coding/process). Never agreed anything other than Chatgpt. Grow up kid @Vincen. 12. Another one is useless just a face for Indian emp @Vinod, that’s why-all project reassigned to other Chinese Managers

... managers will be Watchmen to look who is taking more than 15 mins for break. 3. Employer share also deduction from your CTC then what you think you salary will be less than that. 4.Compare to other companies for less package also deduction is 4 K for pf which is unnecessary. 5. There is no one ruling other than chineese managers. All other managers are puppet in front of them. Chineese managers can ask you to sweep or clean also as it happened with my colleagues. 6. Every day pressure everyday headache nothing to say which gives you relieve.
