Chinese head does micromanagement.If you will ask for 1/2 day or 1/4th leave also in case of emergency, he will call and ask to resign. Interestingly there is no intervention from HR Rani. It is more hilarious when you met with some accident and ask for leave or work from home, instead of medical reports or medicines they will ask to show the wounds. Pathetic. Mostly they believe in hire and fire policy. They will hire freshers and after 1 year if you will ask for increment they will put you in PIP or kick you out from the organisation with forceful resignation. James and Rani plays fake politics in company with the employees to terminate or force any employee for resignation.

...nt is very poor. The work place is very bad if compared to some of other MNCs. Salary is pretty good and hikes are very high in percentage. The developers are very helpful to each other. Very new workforce.

You have to come at 9.30 or else they deduct 500 ruppes salary but I if you go at 6.30 the usual log of time the HR will take your photo and send to your manager. No work life balance. The manger will ask you to sit upto night 2 to 3 am. very bad work ethics. No outing nothing. No training for the new technologies. Just learn yourself and do.

Employer share also deduction from your CTC then what you think you salary will be less than that. 4.Compare to other companies for less package also deduction is 4 K for pf which is unnecessary. 5. There is no one ruling other than chineese managers. All other managers are puppet in front of them. Chineese managers can ask you to sweep or clean also as it happened with my colleagues. 6. Every day pressure everyday headache nothing to say which gives you relieve.
