...nt is very poor. The work place is very bad if compared to some of other MNCs. Salary is pretty good and hikes are very high in percentage. The developers are very helpful to each other. Very new workforce.

... hr policies. And the head of HR also behaves like a kid. You have to come at 9.30 or else they deduct 500 ruppes salary but I if you go at 6.30 the usual log of time the HR will take your photo and send to your manager. No work life balance. The manger will ask you to sit upto night 2 to 3 am. very bad work ethics. No outing nothing. No training for the new technologies. Just learn yourself and do.

... managers will be Watchmen to look who is taking more than 15 mins for break. 3. Employer share also deduction from your CTC then what you think you salary will be less than that. 4.Compare to other companies for less package also deduction is 4 K for pf which is unnecessary. 5. There is no one ruling other than chineese managers. All other managers are puppet in front of them. Chineese managers can ask you to sweep or clean also as it happened with my colleagues. 6. Every day pressure everyday headache nothing to say which gives you relieve.

...d ZKTeco to anyone looking for career advancement or a healthy work environment. They will deduct 500 rupees from the salary in 1 minute delay also. Never seen such toxic company with this kind of stupid higher management people.

You can learn about the software and products. However people will not guide you step by step.You have to ask them everytime.

There is no job security at all and not much learning, growth.HR policy is applied only on the paper but not on real life when it comes to Salary and resignation.
