This company didn't provide the supportive & inclusive work environment at all. As a women I felt like my confidence & professional capabilities were consistently questioned I faced constant challenges in being respected in both professionally and personally. It was discouraging & I ended up feeling mentally drained & unappreciated. The male-dominated culture here can make it hard for a women to thrive without feeling undermined. If you want to maintain your mental well being, I advise looking elsewhere.
