...several years. The technology is latest. The engineering is the best in Kolkata. Company pays very well and salary increments are great.

I don't like working from home. I miss going to the office. I cannot wait for the office to open when coronavirus is over.

Nothing good can come from working at ZINFI, unprofessional people and unorganized work culture. No professional development at all.

...er to work for. The work environment in India office is hostile and unorganized. Not only they are holding employee salary but their PF & ESI contribution and withholding tax (TDS) which is deducted from employee are pending to submit to the department for years. There is absolutely no work-life balance in the company and no benefit for working overtime. They never pay bonus and will give minimal salary raise to only a selected few. The HR policies of the company is a joke and the HR Manager is a mute spectator, who will constantly promise lies to get prospective employee on board. The Finance Director is a narrow minded miser who is always out to cut corners and will not pay vendor, supplier or employee unless being chased multiple times.

...ology to learn. Get certified courses to learn on online platform, like Udemy. Mostly important thing good and ontime Salary. As an employee I do my best for the company and in return gift they will appreciate and compensate the same. Cheers to ZINFI.

No negative thing I have found in past 6 Years. I have learned a lot and till date learn growing as well. As I said Nothing negative found that's why I am still working and growing.

Zinfi is a good platform for freshers to add a couple of work exp years on CV with some learning and industry exposure especially for IT and Btech students. Leaves not a big issue and can be used for parallel learning or any other engagement. Work pressure ok. Do not expect any training or add-on certification. Learning opportunity is good only if you can fight to walk up the ladder (corporate politics rules the floor). Salary increments are good (only if you get paid).

... CEO's personal account. Terrible place to work in terms of salary and benefits. Salary delay by at least 2-3 months has been a part of the culture for over 5 years now, PF not getting submitted on time, appraisal getting in effect after 8-9 months, no separate increment on promotion, no insurance, no medical benefits, no bonus, no training seen in 5 years. The only company where employee wish they do not get promoted or appraised as it only increases responsibility with no return what so ever. Hardly any difference in work responsibility of directors/ managers/ executive and designations given only for client communication. Employees and project deliveries not much a priority here. Purchasing online ratings, reviews and branding are the only places where the company invest and absolutely no interest in employee welfare, customer satisfaction, training, growth, etc. A handful of directors who joined as telecallers 3-4 years back dominate the culture with no prior management experience in hand. Suitable to join only for freshers or someone in later stage of life with limited ambition.
