Best engineering company I have ever worked for. People at Zinfi are always innovating and improving. The customers love the product and that's why Zinfi is growing so fast. It is very hard to build a product company and Zinfi has done it. Even though Zinfi use to be a marketing agency, Zinfi doesn't do marketing anymore. It only does enterprise grade software.

I love everything about Zinfi. I think people are very helpful and knowledgeable. A lot of the old employees who used to do telemarketing have left Zinfi because Zinfi is a software company now. I do not like how those employees lied about Zinfi on this board and other boards. Zinfi has always been good with employees. You should talk to a current Zinfi employee if you are considering Zinfi. ZINFI has become a completely different company over the past three years. It's no longer a low end telemarketing/marketing agency anymore. It is a leading SaaS application provider to major enterprise organizations. Most of the old school people have left, and now it is a thriving place for engineers and creative people.
Dislikes
I like pretty much everything here. I have been working here for five years, and grown year over year. The only thing I dont like is there are a few employees who badmouth the company and lie about because they got bad performance reviews. ZINFI is great for people who perform.

Best company to work for. Best software product in the industry. Zinfi is a software company and has been building its product for the past several years. The technology is latest. The engineering is the best in Kolkata. Company pays very well and salary increments are great.

I don't like working from home. I miss going to the office. I cannot wait for the office to open when coronavirus is over.

ZINFI Technologies of US parent company of ZINFI Software of India is the worst company ever to work for. The work environment in India office is hostile and unorganized. Not only they are holding employee salary but their PF & ESI contribution and withholding tax (TDS) which is deducted from employee are pending to submit to the department for years. There is absolutely no work-life balance in the company and no benefit for working overtime. They never pay bonus and will give minimal salary raise to only a selected few. The HR policies of the company is a joke and the HR Manager is a mute spectator, who will constantly promise lies to get prospective employee on board.
