The company even fires with in a week of hiring them. 3.Core members who have dedicated five years to the company, are not valued, and there jobs also insecure. 4.There is excessive work pressure, despite minimal actual work. 5.The company frequently fires experienced employees and replaces them with interns. 6.Every friday, a townhall meeting is held where the management makes grand promises and motivate employees by saying they will provide various benefit’s , however in reality, none of it happens.

...ey expect you to do everything on your own without proper knowledge transfer. The pay is below the standard, resources aren't that great, and the company doesn't follow proper industry-standard approaches. It appears that the organization is run by a family of known people, so sometimes they may all be against you, and you may feel left alone. No one will listen to your queries or try to understand your problems. From my experience I came to know that they hire & once the module is complete they will put you on "PIP - Performance Improvement Program" and fire you after 30 days or less. happened with lot of people so just be careful. It's best to reconsider your decision before joining this organization.

1. Worst Work Culture and CEO often makes grand, exaggerated promises without a clear point. It's like he's running the company as if it's a reality show, playing the role of a Big Boss. 2. "LALA" Type of thing happened here. Favoritism is preferred here. 3 Toxic Leadership. 4. Decision made without thinking 5. False Public Image of good work culture.

1. Unfair OKR system: Rules for OKR calculation are often changed to suit the leadership's narrative, making it difficult to work. 2. Blame culture: Put blame on each other often 3. Unfair PIP policy: the company has a policy to put employees on a PIP if they fail to achieve 60% of their OKRs over the past. two months. However, the CEO often manipulates OKR calculation, ignoring previous achievements and falsely evaluating performance to unjustly place employees on PIP. 4. Unreasonable Hybrid work policies: Even if the official office hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, if you arrive at the office by 9:20 or 9:25 AM your WFH privileges can be revoked because the CEO (Watchman) considers you "LATE". this lack of flexibility creates unnecessary stress. 5. Partiality: HR takes sides here rather than doing their job.
