The company is working on new and adoptive Technology. As it has global clients so interaction with clients increases confidence while communicating. Colleagues' nature is very friendly.

The salary is decent but not up to the mark. Growth is also slow. The management process is not good. Also, there is no specific training for fresher, punction senior folks like me have to guide them in every step.

Overall Experience is great. Good work culture and friendly colleagues. Company policies and managements are also good. Getting yearly bonus since last 2 years. Works on the latest technology.

...r own for skill improvements company does not provide any additional training. Salary is less as compared to market standards. The appraisal is average for all team members not based on your performance.

Work life balance depends on the project you’re in. In some project you get really good balance but in some cases they ask to work even on weekends.

They give higher positions but salary increases are very low as per the position and work.

User Friendly and Simple Culture. Lots of work, no worries. Management are very much encouraging and motivating every time. HR policies are very flexible and cool, we don't have to worry.

Dislikes

Onsite rotation would help others to explore opportunities. Compensation is decent but growth needs to be speed up.
