...arning curve and they will treat you like slav*s. They wont give Appraisal also. No government holiday or No OT pay. I request Please do not join in this company and spoil your career. There always will be vacant in this company because people alway try to escape from this company. I spoiled 3 years here trusting this company. They play cheap politics and right from higher end to lower end management they do alot of micromanagement. Please do not spoil your career joining here. Be safe.

Working here has been a highly disappointing experience. The policies are rigid and lack basic consideration for employees' well-being: 1. Break Policies: We are given only a 30-minute break, and if even a single minute is exceeded, we are immediately questioned, which feels unnecessarily strict and micromanaged. 2. No Phones Allowed: Phones are not allowed during login hours in the office, making it impossible to address any urgent personal matters. 3. Leave Policies: Leaves and work-from-home requests are outright denied, even in cases of emergencies, injuries, pregnancies, or other critical situations. 4. Partiality in WFH: There is blatant favoritism when it comes to approving work-from-home requests. Only select individuals seem to benefit from this flexibility. 5. Compensatory Offs and Client Holidays: Compensatory offs are rarely approved, and client-declared holidays are often not honored, leaving employees with no respite. The lack of empathy and rigid enforcement of these policies create a toxic work environment where employees feel undervalued and overburdened. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone looking for a fair and supportive organization.
