The management team is genuinely supportive, always encourages us to share our ideas and grow both personally and professionally. They create an open atmosphere where the feedback is valued and innovation is celebrated. One of the best part? It's a fun place to work! The pet friendly office adds a delightful touch, allowing us to bring our furry friend along, which brightens our day and strengthens our bonds as team.

It's been almost 2 years at Zigly and there are so many things to feel good about. The work I am doing, the team I am working with, my colleagues, the leadership and peers that make me feel supported. At Zigly collaboration and teamwork thrive. The Leadership team is noted for being supportive and approachable, fostering a culture of open communication and growth. It's the sense of community and shared passion that truly makes Zigly a special place. Our commitment to excellence and genuine love for what we do make it an absolute joy. All in all, it's been a fun and reading experience.

It's been a year that I am working with Zigly but in my all professional years this is by far the best company I have associated with. The company always have an open forum for all suggestions as well as healthy critisism. I believe it's one of those few companies where not only senior management is approachable but also the CEO. Voice is always heard, solutions are always given and once you work here you will truly start believing that they believe in the concept of People first. The company has always facilitated my requests (personal or professional), be it a small problems like an emergency leaves or a big one like inter-stote transfers. I have always felt like a family and will always recommend everyone to associate themselves with Zigly.

Nothing. They have never given me any chance to not feel like home with proper work life balance.

The culture here is supportive, and it’s rewarding to see the positive impact we make on both pet parents and their pets. Plus, the innovative environment at Zigly encourages growth and allows me to constantly learn new things in my role.

Sometimes, there can be delays in getting information, which can affect workflow efficiency. Streamlining internal communication and ensuring all teams are on the same page would help in making processes smoother and more collaborative.
