It's been a year that I am working with Zigly but in my all professional years this is by far the best company I have associated with. The company always have an open forum for all suggestions as well as healthy critisism. I believe it's one of those few companies where not only senior management is approachable but also the CEO. Voice is always heard, solutions are always given and once you work here you will truly start believing that they believe in the concept of People first. The company has always facilitated my requests (personal or professional), be it a small problems like an emergency leaves or a big one like inter-stote transfers. If you are working under cosme you good and if you senior are mr.ankit tandan the you are in heaven but if you are working under doctors not all some passific that can be difficult for you otherwise all good
