During the hard times like now during COVID-19, the company doesn't care about employees they have decided to put employees on 2months of unpaid leaves because company doesn't have projects and also after 2 months if their's no projects then they have decided employees to lay off.

Dislikes

...r work and spend your money for company project travelling (Cabs, food, Toll). Currently their's 8Months of salary delay i don't even know why the company is still running. Don't go for the positive reviews we used to get message from our management saying please review zieta on all the websites with good review and rating then we will release your salary.

...a fresher, it's nice place to work in terms of opportunity to learn new things. But forget about salary. Here employees are waiting for October salary on Jan 31st (i.e 4 months pending till date) and company is not at all bothered about the employees. You wont even get response from HR team or your concerned managers. They will get angry if you ask for salary and bit region felling for orissa people. Apart from this all good. No need to talk about.

"The people at Zieta Tech are highly knowledgeable and skilled in SAP."

Dislikes

..., you will be treated with humiliation as if you have committed a serious crime. If you are a developer or come from a technical background, be prepared for your salary to be delayed by 4-5 months from the date of joining. All of the top management personnel are direct family relatives of each other, and your complaints will not be heard due to this. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Moreover, please be aware that this company is blacklisted by SAP, and they have started a new company called SAR India Digital."lease be aware that this company

There is positive things to say about zieta.They are making money but they are not providing salary to employees.

Dislikes
