Wabco is really a wel cultured company.. I don't know here company teach the culture to employee or Employee teach to the company. Here the managers are the best ..they are working from long term in Wabco and respect each and every person. You can get good benifits from Wabco if you stay here for long. And there are lot of experts who will help while facing issues.. If you want to learn the core of the subject it is the best company.

They will not pay good for more experienced in wabco Sodexo they will give but only if you go to office

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues comes from various cultural backrounds and we work happily in colloboration.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also there is no on job training for fresher hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is pain sometimes.

No job security at all, if you join as trainee. Company will through you out after one year or maximum two years. If you have some strong references like political connections you can a be permanent staff there, your performances doesn't matter here.
