Here the managers are the best ..they are working from long term in Wabco and respect each and every person. You can get good benifits from Wabco if you stay here for long. And there are lot of experts who will help while facing issues.. If you want to learn the core of the subject it is the best company.

They will not pay good for more experienced in wabco Sodexo they will give but only if you go to office

No job security at all, if you join as trainee. Company will through you out after one year or maximum two years. If you have some strong references like political connections you can a be permanent staff there, your performances doesn't matter here.
