The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base.Another plus point is that my colleagues comes from various cultural backrounds and we work happily in colloboration.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also there is no on job training for fresher hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is pain sometimes.

No job security at all, if you join as trainee. Company will through you out after one year or maximum two years. If you have some strong references like political connections you can a be permanent staff there, your performances doesn't matter here.

Good infrastructure and machine New technologies which is ease to operate. Good quality of raw materials. Good communication from shift members. Good food and given 2 times in a shift.

Medium salary. High work pressure. Poor time allocation. Lack of resources.
