Its very good learning place for fresher .company policies are good and i like it and also our Plant head sir , Vice Hr sir are supporting person and all seniors are good and always teach us a good & new lesson every day. Also medical facilities is good and thank you Wabco for give me a chance for improve my self.

No job security at all, if you join as trainee. Company will through you out after one year or maximum two years. If you have some strong references like political connections you can a be permanent staff there, your performances doesn't matter here.
