There is no job security in Wabco..this is the drawback there. After the contract got over(2 yrs) they will send you out.

Compensation is decent , growth is medium work pressure normal .we have to work only 8 hours.

No job security at all, if you join as trainee. Company will through you out after one year or maximum two years. If you have some strong references like political connections you can a be permanent staff there, your performances doesn't matter here.
