Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Best place to learn core concepts of Mechanical Engineering. Never get bored of the work and always challenging problems exists. Team is very good with good technical knowledge. Have government funded projects which are great to work on and makes you a proffessional.

It will be good for those who love, armed forces and defence. Regular exposure to the D PSUs and manufacturers. Technically you can grow a lot but. There are immense opportunities from technical side.

Highly unstructured organisation, very tiring and gruesome if you are reporting to top management. You will fell like fleeing if you are in direct links with the top 3 chief of the company or any other administrative role or non-technical role.
