I do not have any other options

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend office work related calls in the evening sometimes late in the night. Also there is no on job training for freshers

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
