apart from salary didnt find anything interesting about the org.

lot and lot of micromanagement toxic work culture no process is followed for software development legacy codebase no standards, guidelines followed in coding very immatured org

- Hustle Culture - New office in Whitefield - Sometimes you don't understand if the work that you are putting in is making any difference or not to the company - Had great culture few years back but it has declined with rapid growth in company size

Likes

The company is good in terms of salary & benefits. Work-life is also good in certain teams. Food provided at company office is good.

Dislikes

Work is not challenging. Zeta is not currently a data driven org & hence much of the work goes into reporting. Also mandatory work from office is also a let down (no hybrid option).

Dislikes

Everything from the bad WLB, the overbearing authoritarian CTO and his lackeys. Obscure greek names for the overengineered platform services which we're forced to consume, instead of simpler OSS alternatives.

1. Great co-founders with good ethics and strong personalities 2. Good salary and perks 3. Finance domain is challenging and interesting

Dislikes

1. Work life balance was difficult 2. Too frequent team re-orientations, creates lot of confusion. Many a times this leads to lack of direction for months. Leads to internal politics to stay relevant. 3. Employees work under a constant fear of elimination. You may be a star performer this quarter, and may be asked to leave the next quarter.
