Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive. Company gives good salary and bonuses every year. But job security is not there in this company, why because recently they removed logistics department without intimation to us they removed all the employees in this department which is very shocking and disappointing to us. of course they paid 2 months salary as compensation.

As I already mentioned job security is not there in this company.

It's just a great place to work for anyone , everyone just support , salary good with lucrative incentives ... Best company I ever found in my life .

I didn't find anything. only you can say that if you do work in headquarter then you feel like you are working in office bcoz every other place infrastructure is just like normal rooms only, but this doesn't matter.

Monthly fixed slightly lower. High bonuses and esops make up for it and are much higher than industry standards. Good work life balance and culture, everyone is motivated and having fun at the same time.

Flat organisation, no managerial positions or designations - for people who regard this higher

I got an opportunity to explore in new field with my previous documents knowledge and learn other things in this broking field.

Because of lower level pollitics, we are unable to balance the work life and personal life. And forcing to extend overtime without any concern.

As far as I’m concerned, Zerodha technical base is bad. The hats made it mandatory for every customer to open a deamt account. For investment in mutual funds, no Demat account should be necessary. By making it mandatory they are forcing customers to open demat account and charge. I have exhausted all options to speak to their senior management with no avail, hence this review. All potential customers need to watch out. My best decision is taking my investment back to benarmstrong trades, where I have recover my loses. No restriction and easy withdrawal m Zerodha should learn
