As far as I’m concerned, Zerodha technical base is bad. The hats made it mandatory for every customer to open a deamt account. For investment in mutual funds, no Demat account should be necessary. By making it mandatory they are forcing customers to open demat account and charge. I have exhausted all options to speak to their seniormanagement with no avail, hence this review. All potential customers need to watch out. My best decision is taking my investment back to benarmstrong trades, where I have recover my loses.
