...any of us no longer want to cook our own meals or walk to nearby grocery stores. Even if we pay just 5 or 10 rupees more for these services, it can add up, and the real cost goes beyond money. Our dependence on takeout and processed foods is negatively affecting our health. Without cooking at home or engaging in regular exercise, we risk becoming unhealthy.
