...riteria is not clear and personal growth is low in terms of financial increment. My three peers having almost double the salary and they reporting to me, and learning from me for manufacturing. I think it is a drawback here. They need fix this issue by retention of old employees, who is working in company with dignity. I hope they correct the loop as early as possible.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Zentiva are often at the forefront of innovation, investing heavily in research and the development of new technology. This provides employees with the opportunity to work with tools. Zentiva Company Staff are Very co-operative, the environment and food facilities are great 👍

Dislikes

Zentiva company Operators are having a big union, so they are not that much co-operative with Staff members.

Zentiva is a nice company which underwent a few major acquisitions which influenced its employees nevertheless the atmosphere is good and work life balance is ok.

Uncertainty for the future of the company. Understaffing and budget cuttings are a common practice.
