...riteria is not clear and personal growth is low in terms of financial increment. My three peers having almost double the salary and they reporting to me, and learning from me for manufacturing. I think it is a drawback here. They need fix this issue by retention of old employees, who is working in company with dignity. I hope they correct the loop as early as possible.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Place at Ankleshwar.

Dislikes

Very poor work life balance. Group culture. MNC with all six day working !! Heavy work load with 50 percentage less manpower. Female employees also have to work 10 hours many times. No focus less MNC.
