...es is a very good company. We can maintain work life balance while working here. Salary structure and in-hand salary is quite good. Pune campuse is awesome. Learning and skill development wise also we can explore much. Everything is very good and awesome working experience I have here.

Bench policy and project allocation process has the scope to improve.

No Salary hikes, no onsite opportunity, resourcing people are worst if you ask them for onsite they will place you in only those project which does not have onsite opportunity even in long run. Pool policy is worst, they can force you to take toss any time. Projects are always Ramping down.

...and had helped me a lot. It respects and encourages diversity in the true sense. Nice company to work with and most of the salary will be fixed. Nice work life balance. Great bench policy.

Appraisals in my specific case had been slow. Internal projects did not have allowances if one works extra time. Appraisal cycle is a bit late/extended

...me the cisco bench even I was on cisco project , they placed me on global bench.They are simply providing basic pay of three month when you are on toss. They are hiring without project and after or within 6 months they will fire you too. Worst company of my career.

I won't suggest any body to join Zensar, Its like 10 to 15 people startup company.

...d. In team building activities, employees have to spend money from their pocket. Usually to cut down cost they arrange a compitition so participants has to pay and get the free of cost decorations in office premises.
